We have a generic risk assessment which includes all the activities that we have identified risks for. We use this to help us write risk assessments for each job, a site-specific risk assessment. We also write a daily risk assessment for each site. This takes into account any conditions that might have changed on a daily basis. Our Method Statement spells out exactly how we will perform each task. We follow the method statement for each job to ensure that it is carried out safely. We have a Safety Statement, which covers all our activities and shows exactly how we go about ensuring that out Health and Safety Standards are strictly adhered to
Our staff have access to all the latest Chainsaw protection and climbing equipment. This is regularly inspected and always replaced when worn.
Our plant is always equipped with full safety features and is regularly inspected and maintained.
The majority of our staff have attended and passed a 2 day occupational First Aid Course. Staff are always trained for tasks they undertake.
